This is Buckminster Fuller’s Dymaxion Map…

Which visualized the Earth in a way which highlights the interconnectedness of all land on it.

It also features Buckminster’s trademark triangular pieces which, when cut out and joined will form his Geodesic dome. Would be cool to see the Earth as one of these.
